Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made via the website www.annodarestudio.com (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders

  • A contract is formed once you place an order and we confirm dispatch of the goods.
  • All orders are subject to availability. Products may vary slightly from images displayed on the Site.
  • Ownership passes once full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

3. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Shipping costs, duties and taxes may apply depending on your delivery country and are shown at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment providers Mollie B.V. and Shopify Payments.
  • We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods shown at checkout.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver worldwide using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  • Until delivery, ANNODARE is responsible for the goods. After delivery, responsibility transfers to you.


5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

  • If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
  • To exercise this right, notify us at hello@annodarestudio.com.
  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
  • You bear the direct costs of return, unless otherwise stated.
  • We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (including standard shipping costs, if applicable).


6. Returns & Exchanges

7. Warranty

  • ANNODARE complies with applicable consumer law regarding warranties.
  • If a product is defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Warranty does not apply if defects result from improper use, modification, or misuse of the product.


8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
  • Consumers within the EU retain the protection of mandatory consumer law in their country of residence.
  • In case of disputes, the Dutch courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time you placed it.
