Refund policy
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, in line with your legal right of withdrawal.
Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We may reduce your refund if items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please note: each order must be returned separately. We cannot process combined returns of multiple orders.
How to start a return
Email hello@annodarestudio.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. We will guide you through the steps.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once your return is approved, we process the refund within 7 business days, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account. Import duties or taxes charged outside the EU are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item. Please obtain proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping cost
If you return your entire order within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund the original standard shipping cost. Additional delivery costs (such as express or premium delivery chosen by you) are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@annodarestudio.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a suitable solution in line with your legal rights.
Warranty
We encourage you to check your order upon delivery. Beyond the statutory warranty rights that always apply, ANNODARE offers an additional three-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing faults. If an issue arises within three months due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair the product when possible, replace it if repair is not feasible, or refund it if the item is no longer available. Your statutory consumer rights, including the legal warranty period, remain unaffected.
