Shipping policy
Placing your order
When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email containing your invoice. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Only orders marked as “shipped” by the carrier can be tracked. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Please include the company name if you want to be delivered to your desktop.
Standard delivery times & costs
All orders are shipped from The Netherlands. Estimated delivery times are:

The Netherlands: 2–4 business days (€6.95)

Europe: 2–7 business days (€11.95)

United Kingdom: 2–4 business days (€9.95)

Rest of the world: 3–10 business days (€29.95)
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Delays & force majeure
ANNODARE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other events beyond our reasonable control. While rare delays may occur beyond our control, these do not constitute grounds for compensation. If a parcel is declared lost by the courier, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
If delivery has not taken place within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot change the shipping destination once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & duties (non-EU orders)
Prices on our website are in Euros (€) and include Dutch VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes and surcharges may apply. These are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
