No. Washing would compromise the structure, drape and subtle sheen of the silk. Spot clean gently if needed, or entrust it to a professional dry cleaner who understands silk. This is how your tie keeps its elegance, knot after knot, year after year.

ANNODARE works exclusively with 100% Italian silk. The finest mills provide fabrics of unmatched quality, ensuring every tie feels timeless and intentional.

Treat your tie as you would a work of art. Have it professionally dry cleaned only. When not worn, keep it untied and store it flat or gently rolled so the silk rests in its natural shape.

Each ANNODARE tie arrives in our signature logo box, designed to be as refined as the piece inside. A tie from ANNODARE is as ready to be worn as it is to be gifted.

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow its journey.

Orders cannot be altered once confirmed. If you wish to add another piece, please place a new order.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL and other secure payment options offered at checkout.

Yes. All transactions are processed over encrypted channels by certified providers. ANNODARE never stores your payment details.

Orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from our studio in the Netherlands. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link.

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Some destinations may be restricted due to courier limitations or local regulations.

We do not offer express or same day delivery. Every ANNODARE order is prepared with intention, checked by hand and dispatched only when it meets our standard. Good things take time.

Every ANNODARE order travels with tracked delivery. While rare, delays may occur beyond our control. If a parcel is declared lost by the courier, we will provide a suitable solution which may include a refund. Please note that delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for compensation.

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Costs and delivery times depend on your destination and are shown at checkout.

Prices include VAT for EU customers. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and returned in original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back to the customer. Separate orders cannot be combined. Each order is processed individually.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your provider, it may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. We cannot refund import duties or taxes charged outside the EU.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Each ANNODARE tie is made in limited numbers, which means replacements are not always possible. If you wish to select another piece, return your order within 14 days and place a new one.

Once your return arrives, it is reviewed before being approved. This usually takes up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

If your tie arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photo at hello@annodarestudio.com. We will review it and arrange a solution.

Each ANNODARE tie is crafted with precision and inspected before it leaves our studio. We recommend checking your order within 14 days of delivery. Beyond that period we offer a three months warranty on the quality of our pieces. The warranty is void if the product shows defects caused by improper use or alterations. If an issue arises within three months due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair the product when possible, replace it if repair is not feasible, or refund it if the item is no longer available.

You can create an account during checkout or via the account icon on our website. An account allows you to view your order history and save your details for future purchases.

Yes. Every ANNODARE tie arrives in our signature box, ready to be given. Simply add the recipient’s address at checkout.

Yes. ANNODARE gift cards are available online. A tie is personal, the card lets them decide how to tie their story.

Every tie comes in our signature luxury box. On request, we’re happy to add luxury wrapping and a handwritten note, complimentary, as part of the Annodare experience.
